Dr. Darya Koenig and the entire team at AllerVie provided an excellent experience. I felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Everyone was kind, professional, and patient, and they took the time to explain the testing, results, treatment options, and next steps thoroughly rather than making the appointment feel rushed. Little lady at the desk was rude. Probably won’t come back. Maybe she was having a bad day and I can understand that but when I’m having a bad day it wouldn’t be excusable for me to come in being mean. If the first person I encounter is mean, it makes me reluctant about the whole appointment
I always enjoy coming to this office. The staff is amazing and always helpful. Dr Koenig is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Great atmosphere, and the office is always clean.
