Very good experience today. Once arriving at the building the office was easy to locate. They immediately took my information and I also filled out additional information on an autoImomated pad. It was a very short wait time. I met with Dr. Balaram. He took the time and we had a good conversation about my current health status. He explained into detail what to expect in the future. We love seeing Dr. Balaram at the Westminster location! He has been nothing but supportive, patient, understanding and empathetic to us and our family when it came to diagnosing and treating our 2 year old daughter’s asthma. He is wonderful with her, and our whole family, at every visit. He is proactively working with us to set up a plan to keep her healthy this winter, now. We appreciate everything he has done to keep her healthy!
I’ve been regularly billed after insurance ~18 per allergy shot for the last 4 months. Now I get sent a bill for $400 outlying sporadic 50 and 70$ charges. I don’t understand what the difference is, and why I have to pay this large sum when I’ve been paying regularly. There are new front desk and nurses working here now I’m suspicious I’m being billed for other patients for billed twice. The billing office is useless and not helpful. Now I’m out 400$.
