They were able to get me in for an appointment without a lot of lead time, and even though it had been a couple of years, the doctor had taken the time to review my last appointment info so he could greet me and we could get right to taking about what things had changed. Pleasant, helpful, listened to my concerns and questions and took the time to explain the answers and reasoning. I've truly tried to allow time and give this business the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure this isn't an employee problem but more so a schedule management problem. I have to skip lunch and use up 1hr+ of my work day to drive to Reston and then back to work. Why? Because they're only open 2 days a week (I can only make one day) and they close before I could make it there after work. Almost every-time I can't make it back within the hour due to the wait.
