I scheduled an appointment to test for cat allergy. When I arrived, I asked the front desk what my appointment might cost but they didn’t give me an answer. I received a full panel even though all I wanted was a cat allergy test and the visit was billed around $600. If I knew how much the visit would cost I wouldn’t have gone through it. They were able to get me in for an appointment without a lot of lead time, and even though it had been a couple of years, the doctor had taken the time to review my last appointment info so he could greet me and we could get right to taking about what things had changed. Pleasant, helpful, listened to my concerns and questions and took the time to explain the answers and reasoning.
