A perfectly nice staff hampered by the most confusing medical billing I've ever experienced. They want payment up front and it's extremely difficult to tell what costs will actually be. I'll not be back unless they change their billing company. My sympathies for the staff having to constantly explain their payment system. They're clearly tired of it.
Arrived early for my appointment and was taken to the examination room right away. The medical assistant asked about recent medical conditions, took my vitals, and assisted me to complete an asthma test. The doctor saw and examined me minutes after that. She reviewed my symptoms, listened to my lungs, reviewed prescription needs and advised me to follow up with my pulmonary doctor. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
Staff was very friendly Dr kirshenbaum it was nice meeting him I appreciate how he interacted with me and explained everything in detail
