So they only opens during work hours, make everything so much harder
Inconsistent hours. The office does not proactively communicate if or when there are closings. The closings vary month-to-month so if your allergy shot cycle doesn’t line up perfectly you will have to go back on maintenance repeatedly. Clearly understaffed. While friendly, staff are not set up for success. Very frustrating.
Best staff and Dr. Okocha is knowledgeable, caring, kind, and patient with us at every visit. We know we are in good hands with her and her team.
