I moved in a few weeks ago, and I am willing to change/update this review if these issues are more seriously addressed, but so far, this experience here has been underwhelming and frustrating. When moving in, the first thing I noticed was how filthy everything was. I had to wipe down and clean the bathroom and the windowsill due to the dead bugs and cigarette droppings. The AC only worked in the living room and kitchen, so my room was either really hot or really cold depending on the weather. After living there for a few months, the ceiling of our sunroom began to show signs of leakage and stained the ceiling brown. Made an appointment for a tour on Saturday and received a confirmation email from their team. Showed up at my appointment time and noone was there. Called the number and no response.
Not what they will make it seem during the tour. Stayed for 2 years only cause I couldn’t move after the 1st. None of the amenities actually are useful. The gym only had 7 dumbbells (no pairs), treadmill had vomit on it for months, car wash station had no working hoses, pool was only actually open like 10 days total the entire summer/spring, etc. Maintenance was good, I’ll give them that. *This place is decent at best as long as you don’t need anything from the front office, because if you do, you’re out of luck. Continually closing earlier than the posted office hours, they don’t ever respond to emails because I’ve sent some months ago and the issue was never addressed. It’s extremely frustrating when you have a package that is delivered to the office and it takes multiple days to get it because they seem to always be closed, and even then I ended up having to stop a maintenance worker to help me get my pack... read more
