*This place is decent at best as long as you don’t need anything from the front office, because if you do, you’re out of luck. Continually closing earlier than the posted office hours, they don’t ever respond to emails because I’ve sent some months ago and the issue was never addressed. It’s extremely frustrating when you have a package that is delivered to the office and it takes multiple days to get it because they seem to always be closed, and even then I ended up having to stop a maintenance worker to help me get my pack... read more
I’ve lived here for about 4 months and so far my experience has been fantastic. I want to give a MAJOR shoutout to Dillon the Maintenance Supervisor. He truly goes above and beyond. Just tonight - I sent in a maintenance request regarding my thermostat at 7:15pm, thinking I’d hear back sometime the next day, and Dillon messaged me personally saying he could be at my apartment by 9pm that same night!!! Dillon maintenance supervisor really made my day. It was Labor yes a Holiday and I lost power in my sockets in the kitchen which also knocked out the power to my deep freezer. I wasn't expecting them to come out due to the Holiday. Yet Dillon showed up and saved the day and my meat in my freezer. THANKS DILLON YOUR THE BEST!!!
It was a rocky start but William was amazing. Being the new guy he did a GREAT job assisting me. Way to go William....
Our time at Allerton place has been wonderful. Our A/C unit went out today, and with it being Sunday we figured we would have to wait a few days to get some relief from the heat. The same day Dillon knocked on our door ready to help. He was able to restore our A/C unit within minutes. We are more than grateful. He was very friendly and is passionate about what he does. I think this experience itself speaks volumes to the complex as maintenance is a huge proponent to apartment living.
