It was a rocky start but William was amazing. Being the new guy he did a GREAT job assisting me. Way to go William....
Our time at Allerton place has been wonderful. Our A/C unit went out today, and with it being Sunday we figured we would have to wait a few days to get some relief from the heat. The same day Dillon knocked on our door ready to help. He was able to restore our A/C unit within minutes. We are more than grateful. He was very friendly and is passionate about what he does. I think this experience itself speaks volumes to the complex as maintenance is a huge proponent to apartment living.
Dylan got me situated with my maintenance request, quick and easy fix.
My family and I lived here for 3 years and were very happy with our choice. Any issues that arose were always promptly resolved by the office. We would also like to give a HUGE thank you to the senior manager and manager Janaya for being so understanding and helpful and to the maintenance team, Dylan and Stephen for always being available when things went wrong in our home, keeping the area clean and being so nice and friendly. As it is possible that 8 days with the pool closed in this heat and the children on vacation, this complex is definitely going badly, the new administration is totally incompetent, waiting to do fix and maintenance in the middle of summer is the last straw.
