Lived here for 3 years. So many people died here. People do crack in the stairwells. Infested with every pest you can think of. The elevators take about six minutes to come each time. The property manager was illegally sub leasing units to her friends but would say the waiting list is 8 months out. Your drains will clog because of the age of the building. Maintenance take a few weeks to even repair anything. There’s a bad smell throughout the building.. smells like dead rats and old trash. Carpets are the worse I’ve ever see... read more
Yes this place had a lot of issues before but when (managers) Natalia and Corey came in place, everything rapidly started coming together all the issues for the most part is gone and this building has took a huge change! We cannot forget about Marchelle (project manager at crhs) that goes through it as the filter for the residents. New maintenance Going harder than ever. #respect #whataturnaround!
