Saw dr aleem. They were extremely involved until the appt ended. The labs were drawn but quest couldn’t release them because he hasn’t updated his credentials with them. Quest said they have notes in the system where they’ve been trying to get the credentials updated for months. It feels like I’m pulling teeth to get someone to even text me back.
