The doctor and her one woman staff member are so rude. The first time I might the doctor she was very rude barely letting me get the word in about my child’s problem. She acts as if she doesn’t even want to be at her own job. Her first desk staff member is rude and snobby.
I had an appointment with the allergist and it was a HORRIBLE experience. The worst customer service ever! The receptionist was not friendly what so ever and a bit rude. The doctor was rude as well! She won’t let me finish my sentence. Yes she seemed knowledgeable but her bedside manners never improvements. I will be finding a new place.
Front desk was very rude, however the Dr. Was even worse. She would ask me a question and when I would begin to answer she would cut me off and tell me she did not want to hear the type of answer I was giving her. After her rude behavior I finally just got up told her she was rude and disrespectful, and I was going to find a different Doctor. Stay far away from this clinic.
