I am not supieses with all the negative reviews. Her staff is unfriendly. They do not clean after each patient (meaning they don’t want to use paper on the bed for the next patient) and when i switched office they refuse to give the new doctor the serum taht i had already paid for… nor will they refund for your serum. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t release the serum specially if another doctor was ready, willing and able to use the serum. Instead, Dr. Vedere’s office chose to keep my serum…. My mom visited them and was completely appalled by how rude and disrespectful the front desk staff was during her visit. They also refused to fax over a prescription order fixing a mistake they made, and requested that she pick it up because she was across the street. My mom was already running on a tight schedule and was very frustrated with them.

The doctor and her one woman staff member are so rude. The first time I might the doctor she was very rude barely letting me get the word in about my child’s problem. She acts as if she doesn’t even want to be at her own job. Her first desk staff member is rude and snobby.
