I had a terrible experience at this doctor’s office. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. I was treated disrespectfully for no apparent reason and my concerns were not handled professionally. A medical office should make patients feel respected and comfortable, but that was not my experience here. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this office to others and will be seeking care elsewhere.
I don't know how to start this story. I'm simply trying to get an allergy test for my son. The lead physician at this facility is Indian—I believe her family was once immigrant, just like mine. Yet, I faced prejudice and racism because I do not speak English. When I requested a translator, she told me she would not assist me; she stated that if I wanted to have my son’s allergy test done at this clinic, I would need to bring someone who spoke English in person. I am not supieses with all the negative reviews. Her staff is unfriendly. They do not clean after each patient (meaning they don’t want to use paper on the bed for the next patient) and when i switched office they refuse to give the new doctor the serum taht i had already paid for… nor will they refund for your serum. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t release the serum specially if another doctor was ready, willing and able to use the serum. Instead, Dr. Vedere’s office chose to keep my serum…. My mom visited them and was completely appalled by how rude and disrespectful the front desk staff was during her visit. They also refused to fax over a prescription order fixing a mistake they made, and requested that she pick it up because she was across the street. My mom was already running on a tight schedule and was very frustrated with them.
