Staff in shot clinic were very rude. I stopped going in the middle of my treatment. Wasn’t worth the hassle.
Charged me thousands of dollars for pretty much nothing. Got allergy testing done while on known medication that skews the results, and the nurse completely dismissed me and told me I had no reactions and no allergies. Went home with welts and severe itchiness. Saw a competent allergist a couple of months later who confirmed my allergies and gave me a proper plan of care. They clearly don’t care and have no desire to help.
If You Really Care About Your Health Please Don't Waste Your Time Here, So many Dr's throughout Naples now. Please do your research. Dr. O is in need of some kind of refresher course on how to communicate with patients. She also isn't up to date on many procedures & medications, That's not a good mix and can be seriously dangerous For many. blood work is a nightmare through them also. Save your money & precious time & go elsewhere else. Please
Dr. Olivero was very helpful and took her time to explain everything. Allergy testing was quick and easy.
