Called the office and they told me they would get me in at 11am as a new patient. Said I had to be in twenty min early and I came there after driving almost 40 min to get there at 10:37. I was turned away saying that I didn't get there on time and they booked someone else in the slot. They even talked to me at ten and I said I'm heading there and gave them my insurance.
