Takes time to explain things
They take advantage of the military kids and they don't verify insurance like they are supposed to and then stick them with the surprise bill.
Dr. Kim and the staff who work at this practice have gone above and beyond for me for years now. Between my need for a logistically complex prescription, and multiple insurance changes making it even more difficult, they’ve always stepped up as my teammates and advocates to ensure there’s no gap in my treatment. They are thorough, helpful, and always friendly. I genuinely enjoy going to my appointments here!
Went to the office in person after my dr in the same building referred me to Dr Kim with an auto immune flare up that needs immediate attention. Wasn’t listened to and was not willing to even see me. Left crying and the front desk women was not even willing to talk to the Dr for me. Finding a rheumatologist in an emergency is impossible and I thought seeing me in person might help. Very very disappointing.
