She takes the time to get to the root cause, listens with intention, and makes sure you truly understand what’s going on, even if that means slowing down to explain things in detail. Her care is thorough, compassionate, and empowering. I have nothing but praise for her.
Dr Basavaraju and her Team are amazing on following up with questions and concerns with someone who has multiple diagnosis to her health - before, during and after appointments via phone, portal and/or in-person I would highly recommend this caring Rheumatologist/Allergist - her team seems to know how to create Prior Authorizations necessary for a complicated patient - 👏
