Great service & friendly
First time calling the office, call was answered in less than 15 minutes, staff was courteous and helped me find a different rheumatologist in the practice that had a much sooner opening than the dr I was originally referred to. So far i am very pleased with the offic and the staff.
Dr. Ramsey is absolutely amazing I can’t say anything but amazing things she has helped answer all my questions concerns and also understanding my point of view as far as help with my daughters allergies! Thank you Dr. Ramsey!
They don’t take cash for copayments. Cash money should be universally accepted everywhere.
Called 4 times today. Finally got through after 45 minutes on hold for the 4th time. It's currently 04/17/23 and the doctor's first appt. is on 09/2023 5 months. This is unacceptable and needs improvement.
