Terry was absolutely rude when I called to check on a scheduled appointment. Attitude, rude and acted like I was a bother to her. First impression before my first appointment was negative. If it wasn’t for my son’s allergies being so bad I would have switched to different provider. Doctor was good and nurse was nice though.
