I loved the service I got at this allergist! I was fairly nervous about the allergy test but the nurse and Dr. McWilliams were great at explaining what was happening and how I should cope!
My family has been coming here for years and I wouldn't think about leaving. The doctors are great and the staff is wonderful! The nurses are great and very knowledgeable. Being in the medical field myself, as well as my husband we can be a tad bit heedful of things, but overall one of the best allergists in this area.
This place is absolutely horrible. Staff is terrible. Came from allergy partners of Asheville where they were much better. The required 30 minute wait after a shot insane. The only place i know that does that. The wait to get a shot is at least 45 minutes. It’s a 1 hour 30 minute process each week that is insane. They only have 1 shot person during the day. They also make you get a epipen which is insane. DO NOT GO HERE!!
I was not the patient but waiting with my husband, the nurse Julie behind the desk and was literally laughing about a patient on the phone being in a car accident. I could not believe it. I would not suggest this practice to anyone!
