I felt heard and cared for by Dr Williams. The staff was courteous and helpful with my question. Dr Williams exudes caring and interest. She was relaxed during our appointment, so I was able To express myself andprocess what she said easily.
Shoutout to the staff who have worked through all the hiccups of my care! Dr. Williams for working with my insurance to get an approval when a test was originally denied. Heather for being so kind and helping me with all my questions during shots. Sierra for calling and setting up my test appointment after the original denial made it difficult to get the authorization recognized. The front desk staff are always kind and welcoming. I've had allergy problems all of my life and have been to several allergy doctors over the years. I can equivocally say that these guys are the best!
Heather the nurse that does the shots for my daughter is the best of the best. My daughter Daniella loves her so much and is so excited to see her every once or twice a week. Heather is so sweet and patient with her. Everyone in that office even the ladies in the reception are so nice and patient. They answer all your questions and it does not matter how many have and they still have a smile on the face! I love them all! So sweet!!!!! But like my daughter says….”I just love the red head(Heather)”!!!!!
