Complete chaos. This is my experience since Allergy Partners was bought out several months ago. The office used to be a well-oiled machine with great customer service. But for months, every experience with Allergy Partners has been a disaster. Whether it's billing issues, scheduling issues, dealing with rude front office staff, issues with ordering allergy serum--everything is chaos.
