Dr. Swamy is one of my favorite doctors I've seen, period. She's knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, and has taken my condition seriously. I always feel heard whenever I bring up my concerns or when i have questions. That, in itself, is priceless to find with a provider. Sometimes, it can be a while to get an appointment, but it's worth it.
I was happy to find an allergist for my daughter that was close to the metro. Even happier to find such helpful staff. I needed some help understanding our insurance and a nice lady took the time to navigate me through understanding my coverage. Impressed!
This place looks trashy, not to mention the doctor hauk hurries you out of there. Thats not a caring doctor and the staff is just ghetto and don't look like they like to help.
I had an initial visit with Dr. Swamy and she was excellent! Very friendly and she answered all my questions thoroughly. I am excited to return and get to the bottom of my allergy concerns!
