The doctors are great. The shots technicians are hit and miss. I've been getting three shots a week, approximately every three weeks, for going on 5 years. When you're getting as many shots as I do, you notice the difference between technicians, and it matters. I will change my whole schedule just to avoid someone who gives me nerve bruises, but then their schedule will change, so I'm back to fishing. All of the good clinical experience here is vanished by how they handle their closures. When it comes to communications, they work like it's 1951 and we have no internet, mobile phones or even landlines. Inclement weather? Close the office and notify none. Pipe burst? Close the office and notify none. How hard would it be to open up your electronic database, at least filter out the patients who might be potentially coming that day and leave a text message / call telling that the office is closed?
