They called me five minutes before my appointment to tell me they didn’t have the medicine. Wasted an hour driving. Then as soon as I get back home they call me again to let me know they just got the medicine. What a waste of time and lack of professionalism. Only saw Dr Luna the first time I went there and never again. Going to be looking for a new clinic. Update. Had an appointment with the Dr and will be nice and bump up to three stars.
I have been going to this office two to three times a week for the past eight months for allergy shot therapy due to being on an ultrasensitive schedule. I feel like, at this point, I basically live there. I know this office well. Allergy Partners of Lincoln Park has the kindest, most flexible, most understanding, and most thoughtful staff of any doctor’s office I’ve ever had. Really excellent care here, standout customer service, I always feel like I can get answers and people are really friendly and super responsive. I strongly recommend them for anyone with allergies!
