Facility and staff are excellent!They strive to meet the needs of the patient.
I called to make an appointment and the lady who answered said “I’m in a meeting I can’t talk now” she asked for my number and I never got a call back? Unsure how she can answer the phone in a “meeting” but not assist me? I tried to ask a question after i gave my number and she immediately hung up on me. Very weird and rude customer service. After hours of no return call, I have now found a much nicer practice elsewhere who was happy to take my call and get me scheduled.
Extremely high costs. Go somewhere else. They billed me $750 for a simple allergy test which can be done at any allergy clinic for $200-$300 max. Just the office visit was billed for $369!!!
They called me five minutes before my appointment to tell me they didn’t have the medicine. Wasted an hour driving. Then as soon as I get back home they call me again to let me know they just got the medicine. What a waste of time and lack of professionalism. Only saw Dr Luna the first time I went there and never again. Going to be looking for a new clinic. Update. Had an appointment with the Dr and will be nice and bump up to three stars.
I have been going to this office two to three times a week for the past eight months for allergy shot therapy due to being on an ultrasensitive schedule. I feel like, at this point, I basically live there. I know this office well. Allergy Partners of Lincoln Park has the kindest, most flexible, most understanding, and most thoughtful staff of any doctor’s office I’ve ever had.
