I have had a great experience at Allergy Partners of Herndon-Reston. The team was thorough in identifying my allergies and creating a treatment plan that has been very helpful. The staff is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. I truly appreciate the care and attention I have received.
I’m so happy I found this practice! Everyone was wonderful—from the front desk staff and scheduling team to the nurses, and especially Dr. Crespo-Ortiz. She is incredibly knowledgeable, took her time with me, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough throughout the entire appointment. For the first time, I feel like I’m finally getting to the root cause of my asthma instead of just treating the symptoms. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a caring and compassionate team. I highly recommend this practice!
Be prepared. The office closes without announcement on non holidays to shot patients who routinely visit and must be seen within a specific window of time. After receiving a shot, I was told to schedule in 2 weeks. When I went to schedule I was told they were closed because the physician is on vacation. If I came 2 weeks and 1 business day later when the physician returned, it would be too late and I would have to repeat my prior shot, therefore paying again. I highly recommend Allergy Partners of Herndon- Reston. We visited the Herndon location. They are very professional and make you feel very comfortable. My 16 years old son enjoyed the visit as the nurses and doctors explained how they would help him with his condition. I highly recommend. 😊
