RecommendedFor the 1st time EVER in 2+ years, my daughter is officially eczema free (with a small exception of mild scaring still healing on her face). She didn't scratch all over, I didn't have to lather her in Aquaphor and countless lotions... She played in the grass, blew dandelions, picked strawberries, even played with chickens. I have recently started using their services and while the Dr was good, the allergy shot clinic has proven to be uncaring and at times rude. The hours they offer to not allow a working professional to fit it into their day and on top of tthe lack of weekend hours make regular treatment very difficult. On top of that on occasions when i need Accommodation and understanding i have been left wanting. Honestly, that really hurt coming from someone I trusted with my health.
They ordered things when they were not supposed to do it and now I have to pay back my Flexcard. They wash their hands since they already got paid and now it’s my problem. They also estimated injections for each visit and apparently, I need to know the difference between a regular injection and a cluster injection because they are priced totally different and that is common knowledge , right? Manager was washing her hands from the problem and one of the secretary were very rude and got an attitude like it’s your problem not ... read more
wonderful staff very sweet.
I am so thankful that we found Dr. Klaiber. He is the first doctor I’ve found where I leave the appointment with a clear plan of action for my daughter’s eczema. He has an abundance of information and is clearly passionate about his career and patients.
