I didn't even make it as far as becoming a patient here. I had a referral sent over a week ago that they claim they never received. Good luck getting them to even answer the phone. I called two days in a row about 5 - 10 times in a row without an answer. On the second day of calling I was finally put on hold and helped after calling 7 times in a row only to be told that they never received my referral. This place was decent, but their customer service is terrible. I understand they are busy, but I have left multiple voicemail messages and have not heard back yet. Because of this experience, I have started calling every doctor’s office before booking an appointment with them to verify their customer service. I shouldn’t have to go through this circus when I need my medical records.

Tried to get an appointment for today, and the lady over the phone hung up on me, saying, “We’re not a walk-in clinic.” All I was asking for was the soonest available appointment. I wasn’t asking to be seen as a walk-in—I was just trying to schedule the earliest opening.
