Comfortable space, doctor cares
Terrible place, I called 10 minutes ago, I tried making an appointment for my child. The receptionist placed me on hold for 30 minutes, never came back, not even a little "I'm still here, don't want you to think I've forgot about you." NOTHING!!!
Very nice place, would definitely recommend!
I really like the doctor and most of the staff. But the hours are not convenient over in Rowlett for kids/youth that are involved in activities. They won't work with you if you need later hours at the other clinic one time.
