I had an appointment at 10:15 AM today. The receptionist is always welcoming as well as the nurse who escorted me to examining room on time. I have chosen this allergy office because Dr Gary Rakes listens carefully, asks questions, analyzes information quickly and makes appropriate decisions for care. Decidedly one of the Best in my lifetime of experiences.
After having to wait months to have our 5 year old seen for excema, and waiting for over an hour, we were turned away due to some insurance problem and told we would have to wait another 2 months while our son continues to suffer!! Go ANYWHERE else!
