Everything from start to finish was great. Pre-appointment was easy. Everyone i interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Appointment went super smooth and left with results and good directions.
Seen quickly. I didn't have to have skin testing which I was dreading. I had blood tests which should provide results useful for us both. He also referred me to a specialist for some of my other health problems. Everyone in the office was kind & efficient.
Very professional staff. Dr. Dillon is great. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She takes the time to listen to you without feeling stressed.
Dr Rakes listens, really listens and takes the time to figure out the best solution for his patients. His excellent medical care has literally transformed my life at age 67. Staff in both offices, Waynesboro and Pantops, are attentive, caring, warm and welcoming. 5 stars isn’t enough.
