Dr. Brown and the staff were very professional and thorough. Dr. Brown reviewed my conditions, performed testing, reviewed the results with me and explained next steps. Excellent communications and care.
TLDR: - My only reason for the appointment was never addressed, despite mentioning it four times - An expensive and unnecessary allergy test was done without ever haing any sort of consult/exam/discussion - medications were recommended that would make me feel worse, not better My experience at Allergy Partners of Cedar Rapids was frustrating from start to finish. TLDR: - MY REASON FOR THE APPOINTMENT WAS NEVER EVEN ADDRESSED. EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED THE NEED FOR MY VISIT FOUR TIMES - An expensive allergy test was done that wasn't even necessary. - medications were recommended that would make me feel worse, not better.
