Dr. Jung and the team are great! Prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic, helpful, proactive, and accommodating. Clean office too.
Best allergist in New York. Dr. Jung has been incredibly helpful both in and out of the clinic when it comes to treating my condition and helping me access treatments and medications I need. Genuinely cares about patients and is extremely knowledgeable. The clinic itself is also very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an allergist.
Dr. Patel is super thoughtful, efficient, and transparent. Her staff are really nice and great people who help immediately without question. Been going here for few years now and it’s been stellar. Highly recommend.
This review was deleted and now I’m reposting to ensure the public is aware and will continue reposting if it keeps getting deleted. No wonder only 5 star reviews are shown. The way this office treated me as an employee was disheartening! I strongly feel like they created a hostile and discriminatory work environment by how they treated me poorly and when I finally spoke up after not receiving a holiday bonus and finding out everyone else did I believe I was fired in retaliation. I cannot express my sufficient gratitude for Dr. Patel and her team. My young son, age 6, was having severe respiratory issues and his oxygen level was very low after a viral infection. After being treated by one doctor first, he was still doing poorly and I was debating the ER or Dr. Patel. It was very worrisome and stressful.
