I really like the doctors and staff here. I have been here twice now, once for intake and then for a consultation regarding my results. They are very mellow and down-to-earth. The doctor I am seeing is a wonderful, warm, and intelligent person. I feel like it is a very healthy environment to work in, and so the people who work here are easy to talk to. This place has the worst customer service. Because of that, I don’t know that I can recommend it. The doctors and nurses were great, but it’s been a month and I haven’t received my results. Generally doctors office don’t have the best customer service but this is particularly bad. • initially it took them several weeks to process my paperwork for the referral. The first referral was sent over and I had to follow up weekly for four weeks before they would process the paperwork and get an appointment scheduled. • I showed up a... read more

Ive called two times yesterday and today 5/5 and 5/6 explained my throat is swollen and im spitting blood simce tjey cant help me send it to Ashma doctor. O Or talk to medical assistant and no compassion. I was asking if MA can call me back. Im in tears asking her o have a littlw compassion. Asthma doctor cant do much for alletgies but once he gets records he can get xolair started long time to get it. Im allergies to allergies anf steroids meds. xperience hasn't been great.
