Nothing about this practice is good. They’re a money grab, and have no problem scamming people. They quoted half of what the serum was actually going to cost, ignore multiple instructions not to proceed on treatment options, and take grossly inaccurate notes regarding care plans. They are somewhat fraudulent and should be audited. Save yourself time and lots of money and find a better allergy practice. Will never trust them with the care of my child again.
New patient here 😁😁I can’t not explain the amazing treatment I have received. I seen Dr.Mather who was very kind and listened to all my complaints without shutting them down….. Later on I had the pleasure to speak with Brianna from billing group who was very helpful. After spending hours on the phone with robots and insurances with no understanding on things I called billing and after just a few moments of speaking with her things started to make sense I appreciate her making me feel heard and understood. Parking is terrible! They have two patient parking spaces for at least 14 people that are waiting for their appointment. Other businesses around have assigned more parking for patients, and you can’t park there because you will get fine or risk the chance of getting towed. I also had a bill that I was never aware until kindly the billing person called me on my cellphone and made me aware of it .. the front office ladies should of tell me before the bill went into collection, so how was I still able to schedule appointments w... read more
This is the worst clinic group I have ever encountered ! Service is awful , hours and days open are ridiculously short . And the doctor / patient communication is nonexistent
Unprofessional, rude provider - Alina Stanca. Originally I had appointment with Dr Hsu and didn’t know that they switched providers on me, no one asked me if I agree to it. She was giving me a lecture about T cells, B cells…. I was there for my immune system. I do not recommend this service. No one knows what they’re doing, big mess. If there’s an option like zero star I will put that one. I was with my husband in the office and she went to check on my labs and didn’t come back.
