If I could give them no starts I would! This office feels like a revolving money pit. They schedule unnecessary appointments and create processes that seem designed to generate more charges rather than provide real care. Patients go there trusting they’ll be treated — not nickel-and-dimed. It feels like a puppy mill: rushed, impersonal, and often rude. In 6 months of going there, I didn’t meet a single doctor. People go to medical offices to be cared for, not taken advantage of. I would strongly reconsider before going here.
This office is pretty bad at even answering the phone but mostly at communicating my daughter needs a refill from the doctor and the pharmacy keeps sending them requests and I even had to call they said they would tell the Doctor almost a week later still nothing I call no answer or placed on hold and hang up
Some places have it together, and some places have no clue what they are doing. I liked my sons dr, but the staff is not to bright. Horrible time getting prescription refills, schedule in the wrong locations. Save yourself the headache and go someplace else.
Appreciate the staff - so friendly!! Had a balance and they called to let me know so I could take care of it! The doctor is really great and takes time with you and he really listens.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandmother had an appt on 9/2025 to determine what she is allergic to. Gave the Dr. all the info we could and they were going to request medical records from the hospitals. I called back 1 month later to see if they have received what they needed and was told still waiting. I called again in Nov and still nothing. They are absolutely awful.
