In trying to schedule my child an appointment with this clinic, Nichole with the front desk was completely unhelpful and incredibly hateful. I’ve never experienced being treated so poorly by a medical office. She was unwillingly to call my child’s pediatrician for any kind of clarification that I couldn’t provide and would not transfer me to anyone else for assistance. I will certainly be seeking help for my child elsewhere.
