love Dr. Jhaveri and Dr. Sher. however the receptionists have been rude to me every time I call in. I've been put on hold for the 10+ minutes and never picked back up. my xolair shots won't be ready when I get there even though I called ahead of time. I'm honestly ready to find a new doctor specifically because of the Receptionists being crappy
Dr. Hostoffer is the best! He listened to me when other doctor's wouldn't. Fantastic, caring and down to earth doc.
This place has the best doctors nurses and staff around Dr. Holstoffer is the best I'm here every other week two days in a row for my IV IgG and they make me feel like I'm at home. I'm there 5 hours at a time and I drive from the akron area just to go to them because they are amazing.
