We had a wonderful experience working with Deepal at Allergy Health Balance. She helped my son with his asthma and seasonal allergies using ART, and it was truly fascinating to learn more about the body through these treatments. Deepal was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable—she not only guided us through the process but also offered helpful supplement suggestions and practical at-home tips to support his overall health. Restart program may sound harsh to start with but once you are on it and somewhere in mid-way you will be glad you started this program. You will soon start thanking yourself and realize the favor you have done to your mind, body & soul. I say this as during this program our mentor Deepal shared loads of information on how our body reacts with different kinds of food and diet. I was a bit skeptical when starting the RESTART detox due to a previous experience with an “elimination diet.” During the first two weeks of RESTART, I had low energy and rapid weight loss, which I learned to control by eating more snacks/meals throughout the day. I was pleasantly surprised by the end of the three weeks, which resulted in me having more energy, eliminating “brain fog” as well as the majority of the aches and pains throughout my body, especially my long-term achilles tendinopathy.

Working with Deepal was truly a gift. I have to admit, A.R.T. was out of my comfort zone in regards to treatment but I started to learn so much about myself and body. After a few months, I noticed a difference in my health and started celebrating wins. With the help of Deepal, I lowered my body’s inflammation enough to conceive and I’ll forever be a proponent for A.R.T.

The RESTART program was very informative and enlightening. I learned how easy it can be to eat clean and make healthy choices. I also benefitted with more energy and better health.
