Stupid billing department, they know nothing!
Dr G is rude and unwilling to think outside the box if she comes across a rare skin disorder she doesn't understand. Refuses to do the research and will pawn you off to out of network. Bedside manner is awful. huge ego
These people are extremely difficult and won’t accomodate you at all. Was late due to traffic and called while in route. They wouldn’t confirm whether or not they could fit me in until I arrived at the office. This office is far for me, but I booked the appt. because I’m concerned about my daughter. She has a suspicious mole and my mother died of melanoma. The office was empty and they refused to see us. Would have been a 5 minute appointment and I’ve now wasted more than 1 hour of my time.
I have had excellent service and skin cancer detection and removal for sevaral years
