dr. michelle joeseph and all of her staff are awesome at the baytown location.they all treat you as a fellow human being.they are incredibly detailed organized and very professional and at the same time being very neighborly and down to earth.they use all of the latest technology to their advantage without throwing out old school and common sense.best of the old and best of the new.they are very nice people.i saw a negative comment from 1 review and i will tell you this as an old fart.sometimes 2 people can be having a bad d... read more

The staff member who answered the phone (not Ashley) could benefit from some basic customer service training. When I politely requested my test results to be emailed, she responded defensively and even said, ‘You won’t be able to interpret them.’ That remark was unnecessary and condescending—she doesn’t know my background to make such an assumption. Moreover, as a paying customer, I have every right to access my own results without hassle. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

Receptionist comes off rude and unprofessional. You can hear her personal conversations from the waiting area and she also handed out the wrong information.
