Came in hoping to get a small bump removed but it was not successful. Was only given one option for treatment. The doctor had a very negative energy when she came in. No smile, no warmth and very little patience. I’m only even writing this review at all because they are literally blowing up my email and text with requests to give one. I find it extremely tacky and unprofessional the way they respond to bad reviews with passive aggressive replies and I already know they’ll respond to mine so go ahead and bring it on. Excellent first impression. Clean lobby, nice receptionists and loved Dr Nicole. Don't hesitate on this one!
Today was my first visit to All Dermatology. The provider I saw was Dr Moss and he was quite attentive to my concerns . He made sure that all of my concerns were checked and addressed. He was very thorough and put me at ease with everything that may take place in the future regarding my issues. The staff was also very thorough and polite from the minute I checked in to the medical assistant until the person that checked me out. I will definitely be going back to visit their clinic.
