Mike is absolutely fantastic. He is professional, ethical, and explains things clearly. He used a camera in our ducts to help track down a problem with odor in our house (it was a plumbing problem), and he helped me understand what steps to take to deal with the issue. He advised me against spending extra money for unnecessary work, in a way that was both fair and ethical. I plan to have him back to clean the ducts soon.
