Not so good at telling the time when coming back from lunch. Or maybe every clock, phone, and computer both business and personal in the office is 5 minutes fast, odd. Atleast their FB was working

As my ENT put it: oh, I like those folks, they won't rip you off. That has been my experience as well so far. I could come up with complaints if pressed. Taken as a whole experience this office has been great.

Staff at the office have always been amazing, I see Dr Cole, she was awesome, I feel like I am being listened to and getting answers after years of getting run arounds elsewhere!

I wasted my time and gas driving all the way to the clinic my appointment was at 3:15 i walked in the building and got to the window at 3:17 and after waiting on the patient in front of me talk forever and five minutes go by and they tell me i have to reschedule when i already waited an entire month to get this appointment! Not to mention the lady on the phone said i had until 3:30 before they rescheduled my appointment I’m really annoyed with this location
