After calling multiple times over multiple weeks and being sent to voicemail for a rescue inhaler, I realized this place is not the place you want to rely on for any medical treatment. They never replied to the voicemails, as messed up as it is to have sent me to that in the first place. I was at the Doylestown office to get tested for allergic reactions to penicillin. This involved two half day visits a couple months apart. Dr. Christine Malloy is not only great with her medical knowledge and experience, she is also kind, empathetic, helpful and understanding. I found her entire staff to be just as helpful and understanding. I would not hesitate to return, if the need arose. I highly recommend Doylestown Allergy & Asthma Specialists and Dr. Malloy to anyone in any age group.
Rude appointment coordinator on 26th October. Hopeless, couldn't tell me anything about my appointment. whether to expect commencement of treatment. Shared that I would be seen to review medication (which i had not yet started), said I would be tested, (which i have been already). Clueless and very rude. Expect attitude and no help to prepare for your appointment. I try and call the Doylestown office, the auto attendant says it's another office. I find the doctor I'd prefer to see in Doylestown and call the number in his profile, it rings yet another office. I call for 4 days straight, no one answers, and no one returns messages. It's like trying to get into Wonka World - Do I need to find a golden ticket? And should I ever be lucky enough, what might happen to me??? Don't waste your time.
