Excellent practice! Been with them for 15 yrs ! From the front desk staff ,to the whole team who handles any concerns, very clean, waiting room, to the doctors, I have always felt extremely well taken care of. I know that Dr.Lin goes above and beyond to address all of my medical needs. Very grateful for the time she takes and sincere care for my well being.
After calling multiple times over multiple weeks and being sent to voicemail for a rescue inhaler, I realized this place is not the place you want to rely on for any medical treatment. They never replied to the voicemails, as messed up as it is to have sent me to that in the first place. I’m forced to now have to go to a hospital because this place couldn’t respond for two months about a rescue inhaler. Not to mention they torture you to get a new one between the pharmacy and them.
