Dr. Molloy was very pleasant and helpful. I was given the allergy test and fortunately didn't need any follow up. I would certainly return to this practice if necessary and Dr. Molloy said to call if I felt I needed any further follow up.
The hours are terrible. It’s impossible to get in to pick up medication. I’ve missed my SLIT drops because they are never open when I’m available to come in so, they sit in their office while I’m without my medication. It’s Friday and they are not open again until Wednesday! So frustrating and counterproductive to my treatment.
I'm getting tired of shots frequently being available only on one day during the week.
Wonderful. After almost 6 weeks, a primary doctor visit and 2 urgent care visits, Dr. Malloy squeezed me in and finally helped address my persistent cough. Still need to fully resolve but confident we'll get there. Good to know someone cares enough to put in the time and effort to help. Been a patient for over 20 years and will continue to be one for a long as there's a need.
Just called to inquire about the injection hours and was forced to speak to AI automated line, which demanded to know why I am calling. I tried to ask for Front Desk and AI refused to connect. I then said “injection hours” and was promptly transferred to a biologics department that works remotely. They did not know why I was transferred there and then transferred me to the front desk!!!
