The absolute worst.
I haven’t even physically gone there yet and already had a bad experience with administration. We were referred to them through our primary care and called to make an appointment and Carol was so impatient and condescending. She didn’t even give me the address to their facility and so I asked and she acted like I should’ve known..then she gave me half of an address so I had to ask her multiple times to confirm. Be careful if you are sensitive to airborne irritants! The staff do not stop people from wearing strong Parfums. When I entered the office, someone in line ahead of me bathed in perfume. The nurses and staff were kind in assisting me get away from her and asked her to wait in atrium since she violated policy. When I saw Doctor Kim, her excuse was "we cant send violators away because we dont want to be attacked on social media for offending someones feelings."
