This location announced they are closing with only 2 weeks notice. I just become a patient last month and nothing was ever mentioned that they might be shutting down the location due to “rent increases” they could have at least given us more notice instead of having to scramble to figure a new plan or drive 30 minutes to another office.
Why don't I get any notification when I'm scheduled for and appointment and then find out when I go for that appointment you are closed. WHY
The PA, Lisa, is fantastic. She spends a lot of time and answers all of your questions. Shots are walk-in but usually the wait is not long.
This practice changed my life. I can enjoy springtime. I can eat apples and peaches and strawberries with no worries. Dr Pendall, Lisa D the PA, and the nursing staff are open to questions, clear with instructions, and efficient without rushing you. I’m glad it’s a walk-in clinic which gives me more flexibility.
I can say this without doubt, the doctor that I see is an absolutely wonderful person. She listens and she helped me get what I need. They're all very polite and understanding.
