The wheel chair / stretcher accessibility is critically flawed. The only ramp is in a regular parking space. All other access to the sidewalk leading to the door is blocked by parking space stops/blocks. Strong suggestion for accessibility: put the ramp directly in front of the door and make that space a no parking space. There is plenty of parking spaces for this small office in the back. Reserve at least the space in the front, in front of the door for disability/mobility access.
The office staff is unprofessional.They never answer the phone or return calls. The worst is the doctor he was digging wax out of his ear while speaking with me and took a personal call instead of excusing himself from the room. There is no communication of what the process looks like. I was charged a fortune for a year’s worth of allergy shots and I don’t tolerate them well in addition I don’t see any benefit. I really want to change Doctors. Do not go here,
Their office management skills are not good. I've been calling them for a week straight and left a voicemail. The staff are friendly but, I can't get them on the phone.
Called to make an appointment for my child and the receptionist keep hanging up the phone . Who just picks up a phone then hangs it up on a customer 4 times. I’m definitely going somewhere else
Called and made my daughter an appointment because she was sick for 3 months straight and her pediatrician referred her to the allergist. The appointment was for a month and a half out. Got a call a week before saying they needed to reschedule for 5 months out because the dr wasn't seeing patients with "his" condition. After correcting the person who called that my daughter was in fact a girl I told them to just cancel it all together. What a waste of time.
