Will be calling a lawyer not only does my husband have to start allergy shots over after 17 weeks already in. He just fell on their property because of ice.
I have been getting allergy shots for a few weeks now and have had allergy testing done. Not only have they messed up my appointments. And the receptionist is always rude to me I have had the same Insurance for years with the same member number and just had to order a new card to have my new doctors name on it in the last year though. No other doctor has said anything but them and they have refused to give me my shots. They are trying to say my card has an invalid member number which is not true. I had allergy testing two months ago. They never have called me to say the serum had arrived. I’ve called them five times and left messages. No return calls. They never answer the phone or return calls. Guess I’ll have to drive an hour to get an allergist who responds. I do not recommend this practice.
The wheel chair / stretcher accessibility is critically flawed. The only ramp is in a regular parking space. All other access to the sidewalk leading to the door is blocked by parking space stops/blocks. Strong suggestion for accessibility: put the ramp directly in front of the door and make that space a no parking space. There is plenty of parking spaces for this small office in the back. Reserve at least the space in the front, in front of the door for disability/mobility access.
The office staff is unprofessional.They never answer the phone or return calls. The worst is the doctor he was digging wax out of his ear while speaking with me and took a personal call instead of excusing himself from the room. There is no communication of what the process looks like. I was charged a fortune for a year’s worth of allergy shots and I don’t tolerate them well in addition I don’t see any benefit. I really want to change Doctors. Do not go here,
