I have been a patient since 1989. I had severe allergies and asthma...was in and out of the hospital...I was one sick child. This place saved my life. Now I take my daughter here for similar issues. Short wait times and friendly staff. Highly recommended Dr. Imbeau.
My son had had his food allergy testing done here, and was told he had grown out of some of his allergens. After asking every possible question, I was assured that he could begin eating these foods. He went into anaphylaxis 3 days later. We had to administer epi and ended up in the ER with a large bill. When I spoke with the office about it, they were not helpful and didn’t do anything to make it right. In fact, they actually tried to overcharge us for the visit we had with them by over $300. Dr. Crouch is such a wonderful doctor. He has been a big help.
This is the go to place if you have allergies. They treat my husband for seasonal allergy issues which has made his life much more enjoyable during high peak times.
I had the worst experience with this office. I had gone in for a consultation for allergy shots and had some test run. One of the nurses let me know that I could start my shot that day and we could see what my insurance would cover before continuing. When my bill came in the mail it was for over $800.00 and they had ordered all of my shots without my permission.
