Had a great experience with Eduardo and Dr. Kim
The staff is fine and they are quick (I don't know what all the reviews talking about long wait times are about) but their rigid policies are a bit ridiculous. I misread my card and thought they stopped giving shots at 12:30, when they stop at noon. When I got into the office (at 12 exactly) I was turned away. I have to drive an hour to get to this place and an hour back. Not to mention I'm managing time blindness from ADHD and an overly-optimistic GPS that predicted I'd be there at 11:45. Idk even know where to start. It took a while to get an appointment for an initial consultation. We waited almost two hours to get seen with an appointment and after seeing my son, they recommended a test so we agreed. They never sent the referral.. waited a whole month and still nothing. They didn’t give my son anything for the outbreaks he gets around the eyes. I called several times and they just don’t answer and when they do answer they just give me excuses.
If you're not fully vaccinated for covid in 2024, don't waste your time here. They must think we are back in 2021 because they required vaccines! My son has had allergies to vaccines, so this wasn't done. Anytime he's gotten covid, it was from a vaccinated person! Kinda stupid at this point. Offered to get tested and use mask, but that wasn't enough!
