I very rarely leave reviews, but my experience was horrible. 1. The office is not clean. There was hair all over the exam table. Looks like they didn’t even bother wipe down the room and just pulled down a sheet of paper which covered half the table. 2. The doctor was incredibly dismissive. Never coming back here ever again the doctor is disrespectful. I came because my doctor referred me to see an allergist from a bad allergic reaction. I have been to the ER because I struggled to breathe with hives on my body and blisters on my fingers and my doctor and the ER told me to see an allergist. Now it has been a month and the blisters have gone away but I still struggle to breathe when I sleep and my skin keeps breaking out. I finally went to see an allergist. I have been a patient here for more years than I remember. Grace (the MA) is 5 stars awesome! Cecelia is wonderful as well! The front office staff are great! Dr. Offenberger needs to work on listening to the questions of his patients and not just dismissing valid concerns (such as medication side effects and drug interactions), then acting like the patient is a nuisance that he doesn't have time for when they express their concerns.
