The receptionist, JC, was very cold, rude, and dismissive during our interaction. When I initially called with concerns about my child needing to be seen sooner after appointment misunderstanding, she spoke in a dry and uncaring manner that made me feel as though I was bothering her rather than seeking help for my child. Very caring, didn't rush me through, very happy with her.
Just had my first appointment both the nurse receptionist we're very sweet the only thing I I am complaining about is that dr. Olmsted even though he was very nice and prescribed my medications the only thing he did not do was a physical assessment like most allergist should do for new patient visits
