Came as a new patient for an Allergy/Exam - (Evaluation) the Nurse Barbara was so sweet.. she did my needle pokes ( Trials of my allergies scratch testing etc… ) and stayed with me / eased my anxiety. She truly knows patient care-(🩺🧤).. Thus she provided my comfort as as a patient in the exam room. :) I even had a allergic reaction she layed me down stayed with me, and gave me water/juice an ice pack and took my blood pressure. My husband and I have been taking our daughter here for nearly two years for allergy shots for pet allergies. And our other daughter for nut allergies. We have truly come to hate this place. The front desk staff are curt, but more than that they are unreasonably inflexible. More than once they’ve refused to give our daughter a 2-minute shot because we were late, when we’re pretty sure we had our appointment time correct and they had it listed as 30 minutes earlier for some reason.
