What a joke of a practice. Unprofessional, they have non compliant with hipaa, and not PCI compliant. I was accused for recording just because I was working and responding to emails as we waited for over 30 minutes to be seen. 1 hour later still no follow up for my son who waited 1 month to get in. Would not recommend this practice going back to Dr. Bansal who is amazing but far from home.
7/13/21 was my sons first appointment @Allergy&Asthma. My son has been receiving allergy care in Chicago for the past 3 years. We recently moved to Yorkville. He was nervous at first, to meet a new Dr. but the care and time Dr. Gozum took was astounding. As well as how detailed and thorough she was. Dr Gozum is the best! Highly recommend going to this office if you have allergies. I've been going to her for several years. I agree with some of other reviews re receptionist, but still rate high as the service and personalization is top notch. They take strict covid precautions, which is great as safety and health of everyone is a priority. I recently had appointment time written down wrong on my side and they were very accommodating to still fit me in. Thanks Dr Gozum!
I recently switched to this allergy clinic. Experience so far has been great. The Dr and staff are efficient and communicate well.
