Dr. Jonathan Alexander is an excellent dermatologist at NW Dermatology. He has always been spot-on about my various skin conditions. I don't particularly like the new location, although the office is nice, but I will go wherever he is because I've tried other dermatologists and I need one who knows what he's talking about.
One of the worst customer service experiences of all times. My daughter's allergies were so bad she could barely breathe, her face was swollen and she had already tried many different over the counter medecines. We tried AA &D with the hopes that they would prescribe something that would finally help. She waited for an hour and a half before the doctor came in and she gave a list of OTC remedies that didn't work and we ended up going to see a general practictioner a couple of weeks later, who prescribed medicines that actual... read more
