Dr. Altschul and her team are wonderful! She took the time to thoroughly understand my symptoms and created a personalized treatment plan that has made a huge difference. The office is clean, appointments run on time, and the staff is very kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for expert allergy care!
Dr. Altschul is absolutely wonderful-she was able to help me with my allergic asthma when no one else could. She really made me not panic about my breathing issues. Her office runs on-time, is very clean, and her nurse Ellen is the best! Very knowledgeable, kind, empathetic. I can't say enough about Dr Altschul and her staff. I highly recommend.
Really unprofessional on many levels. One example out of many: I was completely shocked that a doctor would make a 5 year old child wait an hour and a half for their appointment. For some very mean reason, the doctor decided to take 4 other patients who arrived after us, first. The doctor made the conscious choice to make us wait an hour and a half because when I asked the office staff why all these people were being taken before us, they were very apologetic and couldn’t understand why either.
