This place is a joke. When I needed a primary care authorization earlier this year, they claimed they had requested it. I waited a few weeks, assuming it was being handled, since they told me they had contacted my doctor. When I checked with the allergy clinic, they said they never received the authorization. I called my PCP’s office, and they confirmed they had not received any request — but said they would submit it right away. Two days later, the authorization came through. Biggest crap hole I’ve ever walked into. It was about 100 degrees inside. There was poop on the walls and the floors and counters had dirt and crap all over it. Hasn’t been cleaned in about 3 years. How is this a place for allergies when it looks like a third world country inside. Staff was super rude and didn’t want to hear how dirty it was. Not to mention the disgusting bathroom that hasn’t been cleaned in years.
The doctor was fine if rushed, but the office staff is clueless and scattered. Expect them to reschedule you endlessly and then turn what should have been a single visit into 3 visits instead so they can milk their billings at your expense. I don't recommend them as a patient and if I worked for the insurance company I would audit their billings because they are clearly overscheduling to pad their bottom-line.
Awful place. Do not go here. Doctor did nothing to help me. I paid a $25 dollar copay per my insurance and they STILL hit me with an extra surprise bill of $25. Paying them $50 total for NOTHING. Don’t go here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They just want to take your money and keep you coming back so they can take more and more and MORE.
I called to ask a simple question in regards to see if they offer the allergy testing I needed and the receptionist just said I don’t know. Didn’t try finding out or anything, simply said “I don’t know” stayed quiet & waited till I hung up
